Estrella Inedit

Inedit is the first beer specifically created to accompany food – with the utmost respect to the best cuisine. It is a unique coupage of barley malt and wheat with hop, coriander, orange peel, liquorice, yeast and water.

Inedit was created by the Damm brewery and Ferran Adrià – the World’s leading chef and owner of the elBulli restaurant (ranked number 1 restaurant in the World a record 5 times and the holder of 3 Michelin Stars).

Inedit is a 4.8% beer and has a high intensity and aromatic complexity – with a slightly cloudy appearance.

Fruity and floral to the nose, with a yeasty sensation and sweet spices. Creamy and fresh texture, soft volume and delicate sparkle. A long enjoyable aftertaste.
