A Chouffe

A Chouffe proves that brewing can be fun. The brewery and its products are based on the Chouffe, a bearded dwarf with a red hat, who lives in the dense forest of the Ardennes in Belgium.

There are two varieties of A Chouffe: La Chouffe and McChouffe. La Chouffe is a spiced golden ale with a orange-yellow colour and a lush head. McChouffe is a strong brown ale with a deep brown appearance and a fruity and zest aroma.

A Chouffe is produced with pure Ardennes water, Pilsner and crystal malts, white candy sugar and coriander. The beer is deep gold with a rich sweet citrus fruit and coriander aroma.
